How can I support you

At Support Me OT I provide warm, individualised Occupational Therapy input for adults navigating mental health challenges, neurodiversity and life transitions. My approach is grounded in connection, understanding and practical strategies to assist you in every day life.

Funding

  • I provide OT services for NDIS participants who are self managed or plan managed and over 18 years old. Fees for service are $193.99 per hour in line with the NDIA service fee schedule. Travel is charged at up to $48.50 (30 minutes travel) each way.

  • I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

More than 48 hours’ notice; no fee applies

24-48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled session fee may be charged

Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the full session fee may be charged.

This helps ensure that appointment times can be offered to other clients who may be waiting for support.

Professional Supervision

  • I provide a warm, supportive and reflective supervision space for Occupational Therapists and other mental health professionals.

Supervision is an opportunity to pause, reflect and explore your work in a way that supports both your professional development and wellbeing.
